Menu for You

Breaking the language barrier at the table: a menu that finds, translates and pays, in nine languages.

Selected as one of the official applications of the Rio 2016 Olympic Games.

The brand reached tourists in print too: Rio Guide maps carrying the visit.rio mark, a “Welcome to Rio!” kit, magazine and in-store ads, and a chef-jacket T-shirt for restaurant staff.

brandZapp

The mobile app shows what’s new and trending in fashion, decoration, health and beauty, technology and lifestyle. Users buy products straight from the app, and every time they read their daily news or interact with partners, they earn points to redeem for rewards.

A rewards programme that pays not only for shopping but for a reading habit; daily and weekly triggers bring the user back. The high-level goal was retention, and a meaningful incentive for users.

COTA 200

Perched some 200 meters above sea level atop the Morro da Urca hill, the COTA 200 Restaurant offers an unforgettable experience in every sense: starting with its access route: the Sugar Loaf Cable-Car.

The cable-car is drawn into the restaurant’s logo in an original way that takes advantage of Rio’s charm.

Super Fruits

Mais Vita, from Yoki and General Mills, introduced two summer flavours of its soy drinks (Cranberry with Pomegranate and Orange with Acerola) in 200 ml and 1 litre Tetra Pak packs.

The challenge was to modernise the layout with vibrant visuals that reflect the nutritional benefits. As limited editions, the packs got a festive tone: colourful ingredients in motion, loose against a white ground.

3D Graffiti Art

DAIM was an exhibition of Mirko Reisser’s work at Anita Schwartz Gallery, with a mission to bring the magic of creation into clear focus.

His style is the thread through every technique and place he signs, like a logo with many faces, so the project absorbed that identity into the invite, banners, brochure, wayfinding and hotsite.
