Designing for people, profit and planet.

About

Raphael Brickmann

Multidisciplinary designer & strategist

I lead digital products from first research to validated release: B2C and B2B, seed-stage startups to late-stage enterprises.

I design for people, profit and planet: technically feasible, ethically sound, commercially viable.

My Method

Process thinking first: validation is part of the design process, not a phase that begins after release. AI runs through every step as a pattern, and my judgment decides. With AI I ship working code, not just Figma: vibe-coded prototypes and production-ready UI features.

  1. Planning with product management, then preliminary research, so the team agrees on the problem before anything is designed.

With AI AI-moderated 1:1 interviews, and AI synthesis of the transcripts to organise the core pain points.

  2. Initial design goes straight into end-to-end prototypes and side-by-side concepts, so whole flows are judged, not single screens.

With AI Vibe-coded prototypes built with Cursor in the team’s repository: working flows people can click through, not just Figma frames.

  3. Rigorous usability tests that I run myself. Findings feed the next iteration, before release rather than after it.

With AI An AI-driven research stack validated four features with 50 professionals before beta.

  4. Final design ships as a design system for development. I validate the final implementation and analyze it once it is live.

With AI Production-ready UI features shipped with AI straight into the codebase, alongside the Figma hand-off.
